KRISMA is committed to delivering across the GCC and Lebanon in 2-5 working days from the order confirmation date. Orders placed outside of the company’s regular working hours (from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday), or during a UAE public holiday will be considered as submitted on the next UAE working day following the order placement date. The customer will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the order is shipped.
Please bear in mind that the delivery timelines provided at checkout are only estimates. If the order is not delivered within 15 days of the order confirmation due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, KRISMA will provide the customer with a full refund. This excludes situations where the customer is unavailable to receive the order or request a postponement
KRISMA’s Customer Care team is happy to assist with changing the customer’s preferred delivery date and address if required. Please note that changing the shipping information is possible only if the address is within the same country. Changing the shipment details and information will not be possible once the order has been shipped.
